This is a collaboration between Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga (NPM) and Coastal People: Southern Skies (CPSS). We are making a short call for excellent research activities that have scholarly, creative and/or community engagement dimensions that serve to document, interrogate and communicate the spectrum of displacement impacts that have affected Māori communities due to Cyclone Gabrielle. Displacement may be interpreted broadly and relate to any cyclone related interruption of everyday life, both short or long term.

This is a Request for Proposals for multi-institutional Māori led research that contributes to specific outcomes and the overall NPM mission as expressed through the NPM Matakitenga Research Framework. Application close Friday 31st March 2023 5:00pm.
